When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office hours and financial policies. Normally we will mail you the forms to complete, prior to the appointment if time permits.

Your initial visit will last approximately 40 minutes. During this visit ,we will evaluate your child's teeth, gums and surrounding structures. We will evaluate your child's dental development and alignment of your child's teeth and jaws. Your child's diet and dental hygiene habits will be discussed. If your child is involved in sports, we will evaluate the need for protective mouth-wear. We will discuss a customized plan of action with you to address your child's needs in the areas of restorative and preventive care, diet, prevention of trauma, and orthodontic care based on your child's unique situation.
